Creola has hosted countless barrel selections and knows her bourbon inside and out. She's also a recognized expert and educator in the bourbon community.

Catherine Manabat (Hospitality Director)
Catherine brings over 20 years of hospitality experience, from top bars to non-profits, and now she's enhancing New Riff’s tasting and tour programs.
