Andrea is renowned for her role in overseeing the entire maturation process at Michter's, ensuring perfection in every batch. As the first woman to serve as Chair of the Kentucky Distillers Association, her achievements and dedication to the bourbon industry are truly inspiring.

Before her current role, Andrea spent over a decade at Diageo, where she was instrumental in distillation and maturation strategies across North America. A Master of Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville, Andrea was also honored with induction into The Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame® in 2022.
