On January 11th, we’re hosting a private dinner & bourbon tasting with Huling Station Whiskeys! Alex Castle, SVP of Old Dominick Distillery & Tennessee’s FIRST female Master Distiller, will be here to talk all about the brand and sign bottles!

Event Schedule:

5:30-6:30 PM- Cocktail hour
6:30-6:45 PM- Alex introduces herself & Huling Station
6:45 PM- Dinner service starts
8:00- 8:30 PM- Bottle signing
8:30 PM- End of event

First Course: Wilted green salad with shaved almonds, snap peas and a black pepper vinaigrette.
Served with Huling Station Blend of Straight Whiskeys

Second Course: Charred smoked salmon over corn fregula and served with a bourbon tomato vinaigrette.
Served with Huling Station Wheat Whiskey

Third Course: Arbol spiced chocolate ice cream with bourbon soaked cherries
Served with Huling Station Straight Bourbon Whiskey
