The evening kicks off with a welcome old fashioned crafted with Evan Williams. After that, we’ll dive into the following 3 courses.

First Course
Onion-Herb Tartlet - Balsamic caramelized onions and goat cheese baked in puff pastry, accompanied by an herb salad and pink peppercorn vinaigrette, paired with Heaven Hill (100 proof), which introduces lightly sweet with green and floral flavors.

Second Course
Baked Sea Bass Linguine - Pacific sea bass baked in parchment paper with fennel, tomato, onion, and herbs, alongside lemon-garlic linguine pasta and spiced pepitas, paired with McKenna Bottle & Bond (100 proof), noted for its pumpkin scent and peppery with warm buttery, anise flavors.

Third Course
Blondie Sundae - A dessert of white chocolate blondie, vanilla gelato, toasted pecans, caramel sauce, white chocolate bark, and maple-whipped cream, paired with Elijah Craig 10 year (119 proof), known for its maple scent, toffee and butterscotch flavors, and smooth finish.
